At first, we encourage all employees (including management) to submit their ideas for new products or service. We do this by creating an Idea-fair inside your business where anyone can present their idea in order to have it considered as an internal venture.
Once we have ideas for products or services to choose from, we choose the ones with real market potential and the people who will be on top of building these new ventures.
We then bring together the ideas and people chosen into a very intensive workshop where we go through the various elements needed to build these ventures inside your business. During this Action-based workshop we will validate the ideas and create already the roadmap and plan for introducing the new products or services to the market.
Next, we hold a session where the new ventures and plans will be presented in a "Dragon's Den" style, real feedback will be given regarding if or how a venture will continue.
Finally, we decide on future ventures to continue and future actions to be taken.
